This Kimchi sandwich is so tasty. Fresh grilled bread with tofu, tasty vegetables in soy sauce and kimchi. Kimchi is a traditional Korean dish made with salted fermented vegetables, and provide us with great health benefits. This sandwich is a great option for lunch.

Why we love Kimchi sandwich

We love this dish because it’s packed with nutrition. It’s easy to make, and taste so good. The combination of kimchi with tofu and vegetables is perfect. I like to eat one’s a week kimchi, thatโ€™s why I was trying to create a new way how to add this healthy Korean dish in my meal plan.

This traditional Korean dish, it’s combination of vegetables with onion and garlic then pickled and fermented. Kimchi is low in calories. Plus is great probiotics, and may slow aging and help in weight loss.

How to make Kimchi sandwich

Preheat oven at 180ยฐC. On baking sheet place baking paper. Tofu sliced in half and place on baking sheet. Season with red pepper powder, garlic powder and soy sauce. Multigrain bread sliced in half and place next to the tofu on baking sheets. Let it baked for 5 minutes, then set on the side.

Meanwhile, in a large bowl, add Olive oil with Soy sauce, and Salt. Peel carrot and cucumber and place in to the bowl.

For your sandwich first place tofu then kimchi, cucumber with carrots, bok choy avocado. On top of avocado, press some lemon juice. Enjoy!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Multigrain bread
  • 1 cup Kimchi
  • 2 small Carrots
  • 1 small Cucumber
  • 1/2 cup Red cabbage
  • 200 gram Tofu
  • 1 tbsp Red pepper powder
  • 1 tbsp Garlic powder
  • 3 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tbs Olive oil
  • 1 medium Avocado

Optional

  • 1 small Bok choy

Instructions
