Liver Detox Smoothie

This Liver Detox Smoothie is my lately obsession. I am making it every morning for my breakfast to increase my energy, boost my brain function and help my liver to detox. This smoothie has the best ingredients to help our liver, for instance, Beetroot, Reishi mushroom powder, Lion's mane mushroom powder and Spirulina powder. This smoothie has so beautiful dark red color and taste just amazing.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Blueberries
  • 1 cup Cherries
  • 1 cup Beetroot
  • 1 tbsp Reishi mushroom powder
  • 1 tbsp Lions´mushroom powder
  • 1 tbsp Spirulina powder
  • 2 cups Water

Optional

  • 1 tbsp Rice syrup

Instructions
 

  • In your blender, add all ingredients and mix until all good combine. If you like your smoothie more liquid, add more water and mix again.
  • Enjoy!
