Ingredients

  • 1 Puff pastry
  • 1 cup Vegan Nutella

Instructions

  • Preheat oven at 180 degrees.
  • Roll the pastry out into a large rectangle. Unless you're making a large tree with two sheets of pastry.
  • Spread Nutella over half of the pastry, then lay the other half of pastry over the top of the first. Using a sharp knife, cut out the triangle form.
  • Using a sharp knife, cut lines in your tree about one cm apart. Once all the branches are cut, twist each one away from you a few times and press it down on your baking tray.
  • Spray some oil on top.
  • From the rest of the pastry, cut stars or other Christmas form to add on top of your tree.
  • Bake your tree in the oven for 12-15 minutes. It's ready when it's turned golden brown and the pastry is nice and crispy.
  • Enjoy!
