Ingredients
  

  • 1 medium Papaya
  • 2 cup Lettuce
  • 2 medium Tomato
  • 1 large Onion
  • 1/2 cup Bulgur
  • 1/2 cup Nuts
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 1/2 cup Cilantro
  • Salt & Pepper

Asian salad dressing

  • 1 tbsp Hoisin sauce
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1/2 tbsp Seam oil
  • 1 tbsp Chili
  • 1 small Lime
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • Salt & Pepper

Instructions
 

  • In sauce pot add ½ cup of Bulgur with 1 ½ cup of salt water. Bring to boiled and cooked till all water disappear around 15 minutes.
  • Heat a pan without oil, then add nuts of your choose with honey and let simmer till honey melt and combine with all nuts.
  • For dressing, combine all ingredients in a bowl and mixwell.
  • Meanwhile, peel papaya, take out all seeds and cut in small squares. In a large bowl add lettuce, papaya, sliced tomato, onion, nuts, cilantro and dressing.
  • Enjoy
