Papaya salad

This vegan friendly Papaya salad is so tasty. Combination of fruit with peanut, lettuce and yummy dressing is so good. This salad is going to be definitely your favorite one.

Ingredients
  

Dressing

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Rice syrup
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 1 tbsp Sriracha

Salad

  • 1/2 of Papaya
  • 2 large Carrots
  • 2 cups Lamb‘s lettuce
  • 1 Scallion
  • hand of Peanuts

Instructions
 

  • In a small glass jar (or in bowl) add all ingredients for dressing: oil, soy sauce, rice syrup, pressed garlic and sriracha. Closed glass jar and shake it well until all ingredients combine.
  • Sliced papaya and scallions in thin slices. Peel carrots and sliced them also in thin.
  • In your bowl add Lamb‘s lettuce, papaya, carrots, scallions, pour over soy dressing and top with some peanuts.
  • Enjoy
