In a small glass jar (or in bowl) add all ingredients for dressing: oil, soy sauce, rice syrup, pressed garlic and sriracha. Closed glass jar and shake it well until all ingredients combine.
Sliced papaya and scallions in thin slices. Peel carrots and sliced them also in thin.
In your bowl add Lamb‘s lettuce, papaya, carrots, scallions, pour over soy dressing and top with some peanuts.
