We love this salad because itโ€˜s easy and so tasty. It has Asian style with crunchy peanut and tasty dressing made from soy sauce, oil and garlic. This salad is so delicate and plus it has a great health benefits for our health, thanks to papaya, carrots and boosting dressing.

Papaya has such a great health benefits for our body, for instance has powerful antioxidant effects, has anticancer properties. May improve heart health and fight inflammation also is great for support our digestion and protects against skin damage. These are just few reasons why we should add papaya in our daily diet.

How to make Papaya salad

In a small glass jar (or in bowl) add all ingredients for dressing: oil, soy sauce, rice syrup, pressed garlic and sriracha. Closed glass jar and shake it well until all ingredients combine. Sliced papaya and scallions in thin slices. Peel carrots and sliced them also in thin. In your bowl add Lambโ€˜s lettuce, papaya, carrots, scallions, pour over soy dressing and top with some peanuts.

Dressing

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Rice syrup
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 1 tbsp Sriracha

Salad

  • 1/2 of Papaya
  • 2 large Carrots
  • 2 cups Lambโ€˜s lettuce
  • 1 Scallion
  • hand of Peanuts

Instructions
