This sea moss salad is so tasty, with a lot of greens and my favorite peanut butter dressing. You are going to love this salad, plus we also get great health benefits from sea moss.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Raw sea moss

Marinade

  • 1/2 tbsp Rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Sesame oil
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce

Salad

  • 2 cups Arugula
  • 1/2 Cucumber
  • 1 Red onion
  • 2 Scallions

Peanut butter dressing

  • 1 tbsp Peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Start by preparing the marinade. In a medium-sized bowl, combine the rice vinegar, sesame oil, minced garlic, olive oil, and soy sauce. Stir until well mixed.
  • Add the raw sea moss to the marinade, ensuring that it's fully immersed. Allow it to marinate for 15 minutes to absorb all the flavors.
  • While the sea moss is marinating, you can prepare your salad. In a large bowl, combine the arugula, thinly sliced cucumber, red onion, and chopped scallions.
  • After marinating, add the sea moss to your salad, ensuring to spread it evenly over the top.
  • For the peanut butter dressing, combine all the ingredients in a small mason jar. Secure the lid tightly and shake well until the mixture is thoroughly emulsified.
  • Drizzle the peanut butter dressing over the salad and sea moss, and you're ready to indulge in this delicious and nutrient-rich meal. Enjoy!
