Sea moss smoothie cup is one of my favorite snack after running. It gives me energy, and it tastes so good that I feel like eating a dessert. 🫶🏻 INGREDIENTS 1 cup Frozen mix berries 1 tbsp Rice syrup 1 tbsp Sea moss gel 1/2 cup Water Topping 1 cup Vegan yogurt 1 tbsp Granola Fresh fruit INSTRUCTIONS In a food processor place all ingredients then blend until smooth.
