Ingredients
  

  • 1 tbsp Sea Moss gel
  • 1 Tofu drained and crumbled
  • 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 1/2 tbsp Turmeric
  • 1/2 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tbsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tbsp Red pepper powder
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • Salt and Pepper
  • Fresh herbs for garnish
  • 1 cup diced vegetables (such as bell peppers, onions, spinach, mushrooms, etc.)

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the crumbled tofu, nutritional yeast, turmeric powder, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well to evenly coat the tofu withthe spices.
  • Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the diced vegetables and sautéuntil they become tender and lightly browned. Add the seasoned tofu mixture to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirringoccasionally, until the tofu is heated through and starts to resemble scrambled eggs.
  • Stir in the Sea Moss gel, ensuring it is evenly distributed throughout the scramble.Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes to allow the flavors to blend. Taste and adjust the seasonings if needed, adding more salt or pepper as desired.
