Peel sweet potato and cut them with zucchini and onion inone inch squares. Place baking paper on baking sheet add sweet potato,zucchini, onion and sprinkle some salt & pepper, red pepper powder witholive oil. Let baked for 20 minutes.
Meanwhile, in a sauce pot heat place red lentil with saltwater. Bring to boiled then turn the heat on medium and let cooked 10 -12minutes. After red lentil is cooked, rinse under cold water and set to a side.
Cut Lettuce, celery and avocado in small.
Start your Buddha bowl with Lettuce then add all ingredientstogether, roasted sweet potatoes, zucchini, onion, red lentil, celery, nuts,parsley, place avocado on top.
