Ingredients
  

  • 1 Tofu
  • 1/3 cup Dry tomato
  • 1 tbsp Red pepper powder 
  • 1 tbsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp Turmeric
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 250 g Noodle
  • 6 Radicchio Leaves
  • 1/2 cup Kale
  • 1 Scallion

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven at 180C.
  • Sliced tofu in small squares, then add to the baking form. Season with Salt, Pepper, Red pepper powder, Turmeric and spread over some olive oil. Then baked for 15 minutes at 180 C.
  • Meanwhile, sliced kale in small and combine with some sliced scallion.
  • Prepare your noodle according to the instruction on the package. 
  • In each Radicchio Leaves add noodle, kale and top with tofu.
  • Enjoy
