In a small bowl add vegan yogurt with chopped chives pressed garlic, salt & pepper and grate the unpeeled cucumber. Mix everything well then set aside.
Preheat oven to 180 C and line baking paper on baking sheets.
In large bowl add flour, red pepper powder, salt & pepper mix well then add water and make a batter.
Break the head of cauliflower into florets, about 1½-inches wide. Add the cauliflower florets to the batter, cover everything well, then add the breadcrumbs and cover well. Arrange them in a single layer on the prepared baking sheets. Bake for 20 minutes, flipping halfway, or until golden brown.
Serve with some Lamb‘s lettuce, and fresh tzatziki dip.
