Vegan Cauliflower Wings

Vegan Cauliflower Wings with fresh tzatziki dip are so good. This vegan wings are crunchy and soft inside. Perfect as a side dish or any movie night with some greens.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 head cauliflower
  • 1/2 cup Flour
  • 1 tbsp Red pepper powder
  • Salt & Pepper
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup Lamb‘s lettuce

Tzatziki dip

  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 1/3 cup chives
  • 1 cup Vegan yogurt
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • Salt & Pepper

Instructions
 

Tzatziki dip

  • In a small bowl add vegan yogurt with chopped chives pressed garlic, salt & pepper and grate the unpeeled cucumber. Mix everything well then set aside.
  • Preheat oven to 180 C and line baking paper on baking sheets.
  • In large bowl add flour, red pepper powder, salt & pepper mix well then add water and make a batter.
  • Break the head of cauliflower into florets, about 1½-inches wide. Add the cauliflower florets to the batter, cover everything well, then add the breadcrumbs and cover well. Arrange them in a single layer on the prepared baking sheets. Bake for 20 minutes, flipping halfway, or until golden brown.
  • Serve with some Lamb‘s lettuce, and fresh tzatziki dip.
  • Enjoy
