Why we love Vegan Cauliflower Wings

I like to cook with cauliflower any time. This vegetable is so multifunctional. We can use it as a rice, or pizza dough and this vegan chicken wings are my next favorite way to cooked with cauliflower. Thatโ€˜s why eating plant based is so tasty and no boring.

How to make Vegan Cauliflower Wings

Tzatziki dip-In a small bowl add vegan yogurt with chopped chives pressed garlic, salt & pepper and grate the unpeeled cucumber. Mix everything well then set aside.

Preheat oven to 180 C and line baking paper on baking sheets. In large bowl add flour, red pepper powder, salt & pepper mix well then add water and make a batter. Break the head of cauliflower into florets, about 1ยฝ-inches wide. Add the cauliflower florets to the batter, cover everything well, then add the breadcrumbs and cover well. Arrange them in a single layer on the prepared baking sheets. Bake for 20 minutes, flipping halfway, or until golden brown.
Serve with some Lambโ€˜s lettuce, and fresh tzatziki dip.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 head cauliflower
  • 1/2 cup Flour
  • 1 tbsp Red pepper powder
  • Salt & Pepper
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup Lambโ€˜s lettuce

Tzatziki dip

  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 1/3 cup chives
  • 1 cup Vegan yogurt
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • Salt & Pepper
