Ingredients
  

  • 250 gram Jackfruit
  • 2 pieces Buns
  • 4 sliced Vegan cheese
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 1/2 cup Mushroom
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • Salt & Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Peel onion. Sliced onion with mushroom in sliced.
  • In pan heat oil then add onion and simmer until soften but don‘t get brown color. Add mushrooms with jackfruit. Season with salt and pepper and let simmer for 10 minutes.
  • 4 minutes before end cooking time add vegan sliced cheese, cover and let the cheese melts.
  • After cook time add it in buns and enjoy!
