This Vegan Chickpea Tuna Salad is so tasty, no one can tell that it is vegan. My secret ingredients are nori sheets which bring nice sea salty flavor into it.

In high speed blender add chickpeas, vegan yogurt, lemon juice, pressed garlic, nutritional yeast, nori sheets, pour olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Mix all ingredients until all combine.
Sliced your baguette lengthwise. Optional, you can grill it from inside. Add tuna salad on your baguette then add sliced kale, tomatoes and top with some sprouts.
