Vegan Flammkuchen
Flammkuchen is traditional pizza from Germany. I make for you my Vegan Flammkuchen Version, a combination of crispy flatbread topped with vegan crème fraîche, onion, mushrooms and fresh Lamb's lettuce and nuts.

1 Flammkuchen dough 1 cup Vegan sour cream 1 tbsp Rice syrup 1 cup Mushroom 1 medium Onion 1 medium Scallions 1 cup Lamb's lettuce 1 tbsp Nuts Salt & Pepper
Preheat oven at 180 °C
Sliced onion and mushrooms in smaller pieces.
In a small bowl, combine vegan sour cream with rice syrup, Salt & Pepper.
Flammkuchen dough place on baking sheet. Spread over the vegan cream mixture. Then top with mushrooms and onions.
Baked 15 minutes,then add Lamb's lettuce with nuts.
