Vegan Flammkuchen

Flammkuchen is traditional pizza from Germany. I make for you my Vegan Flammkuchen Version, a combination of crispy flatbread topped with vegan crème fraîche, onion, mushrooms and fresh Lamb's lettuce and nuts.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Flammkuchen dough
  • 1 cup Vegan sour cream
  • 1 tbsp Rice syrup
  • 1 cup Mushroom
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 1 medium Scallions
  • 1 cup Lamb's lettuce
  • 1 tbsp Nuts
  • Salt & Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven at 180 °C
  • Sliced onion and mushrooms in smaller pieces.
  • In a small bowl, combine vegan sour cream with rice syrup, Salt & Pepper.
  • Flammkuchen dough place on baking sheet. Spread over the vegan cream mixture. Then top with mushrooms and onions.
  • Baked 15 minutes,then add Lamb's lettuce with nuts.
  • Enjoy!
