Sliced avocado in half lengthwise. Gently twist the two halves to separate them and expose the pit.You can slice your avocado is to score the flesh with your knife or with a small spoon take avocado out and place in a small bowl. Add tomato, onion, cilantro, and season with Salt & Pepper then press some fresh lime juice. Mix well until all ingredients combine.
