½ cup Vegan Yogurt 2 tbsp Rice syrup ½ cup Coconut milk 1 cup Peanut butter 1 cup Dark chocolate ⅓ cup Peanut nuts
Coconut layer In a blender, add Vegan yogurt with rice syrup, and coconut milk. Mix until all ingredients t combine.
Add your layer into the prepared ice bars form. Place in freezer for 6 hours or overnight.
Each ice bars cover in peanut butter then place again in freezer for 30 minutes.
Dip each ice bars into the dark chocolate and top with some peanuts.
