Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Lamb‘s lettuce
  • 1/2 Cucumber
  • 1/2 Watermelon
  • 1 Red onion
  • 1/3 cup Nuts
  • 1/3 cup Mint leaves

Dressing

  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • Salt & Pepper
  • 1/2 tbsp Balsamic vinegar

Instructions
 

  • Wash lamb‘s lettuce and add it in a salad bowl then add sliced watermelon, red onion top with nuts and mints leaves.
  • Mix all dressing ingredients in a small bowl, then pour over the salad and enjoy
