Watermelon is one of my favorite fruit in summer, itโ€˜s so refreshing and also has a great health benefits for our body for instance help our kidney, is rich in antioxidant, help our skin stay hydrated, can boost our energy, improves eyesight, help with body fats and help our hair to growth.

Ingredients for Watermelon Mint Salad

Lambโ€˜s lettuce – For this salad it is great to use Lambโ€˜s lettuce also you can use some Arugula or Batavia.
Cucumber – Cucumber is perfect to use in combination with watermelon and mint leaves it brings nice refreshing flavor and also help keep you hydrated
Watermelon – use watermelon if you like, you can slice watermelon day before add to the food container and place in a fridge for overnight.
Red onion – This is optional, however I like to use some crunchy fresh red onion into the salad, if you like a great choice is also scallion.

Nuts – I used walnuts, they have natural flavor and also has a great health benefits for our body, for example help boost your mood, improves skin and hair health and reduce inflammation
Mint – Mint are so tasty and perfect to use in cocktails, salad, and soups. Mint has great health benefits for our body, for instance they can treat asthma, helps to precess of digestion, aids in wight loss, strengthens the liver, prevents memory loss, help with depression and also help our skin to stay healthy.

How to make Watermelon Mint Salad

Wash lambโ€˜s lettuce and add it in a salad bowl then add sliced watermelon, red onion top with nuts and mints leaves. Mix all dressing ingredients in a small bowl, then pour over the salad and enjoy!

  • Salt & Pepper
  • 1/2 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
