This Watermelon Salad is perfect for summer. It's refreshing and so yummy. The combination of watermelon with cucumber and red onion is so tasty. Plus, I make honey dressing on top. With this salad, definitely you're going to win all BBQ parties.

Honey dressing 2 tbsp Olive oil 1 tbsp Honey Salt &Pepper Watermelon Salad 1 small Watermelon 2 cups Arugula 1 medium Cucumber 1 small Red Onion 1/2 cup Cilantro 1 medium Grapefruit
Sliced cucumber, watermelon, and red onion in small squares.
In small bowl add all ingredients for dressing (olive oil, honey, salt & pepper) mix well until everything combine.
In a large bowl add arugula, sliced watermelon, cucumber, onion, and cilantro. Pour over salad dressing. For topping, use some grapefruit.
