Why we love Watermelon Salad

We love this salad because it’s so tasty and dedicates. I love to sliced watermelon one day before and place is fridge so in the next day it’s nice cool. This salad is great to use as a side dish for dinner or as a light lunch.

This recipe is easy with sweet honey dressing. All you need is fresh Arugula, Watermelon, Cucumber, some red Onion, Cilantro, and Grapefruit. I think the grapefruit brings a some sweet bitterness into the salad.

How to make Watermelon Salad

Sliced cucumber, watermelon, and red onion in small squares. In small bowl add all ingredients for dressing (olive oil, honey, salt & pepper) mix well until everything combine.

In a large bowl add arugula, sliced watermelon, cucumber, onion, and cilantro. Pour over salad dressing. For topping, use some grapefruit. Enjoy.

  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • Salt &Pepper

  • 1 small Watermelon
  • 2 cups Arugula
  • 1 medium Cucumber
  • 1 small Red Onion
  • 1/2 cup Cilantro
  • 1 medium Grapefruit

Instructions
 

  • Sliced cucumber, watermelon, and red onion in small squares.
