Ingredients for Vegan Burger with Tempeh

Hamburger buns – I choose whole grain hamburger buns with seed on top. If you made this burger gluten free choose buns without gluten.

Tempeh – is fermented soybean that camo originally from Indonesia. Tempeh provides good bacteria – probiotics, is high in protein and can help you with loss weight. Normally you can find tempeh in every bio shop, but it’s easy to find it online as well.

Cheese – Gouda cheese or any burger cheese it’s OK for this recipe.

Leafy lettuce – wash and cut leafy lettuce in small pieces you can use  Romaine heart as well
Radish – for some extra health kick

Spring onion – for this burger its great option spring onion or red onion is fine too.

Mayonnaise – try to buy organic or Keto mayonnaise. If you can find one you can easily make it by yourself.
