Health Benefits of Oats are amaizing and since I was a small girl I find fascinating nature medicine (although I didn’t know really what its mean at that age), but I love to cooked and experiment with food as a beauty tool, my first DIY face mask was from oats. I mixed oats with honey in my small plastic pink bowl & โ€žWualaโ€œ – mask was ready!

I was so excited to make it by myself, and of course everyone in my family has to try it. My mom and my older sister have to lay down, close the eyes. Then I start my little experiment and spread my mixture around their face and of course the icing of the cake was Camille tea bags on top of their eyes, with words “just relax”. Well, it would be really nice if I didn’t mix so many oats with so little honey (the textures was so tight that I could start forming balls) and my mom started to eat then in the middle of relaxing process, however I was totally in the game. This love in oats stick in my till now.

I love to cooked with them or make hair rinse to boost my hair scalp or make an oats mask
(of course with the right measure ingredients).
