The other great benefit is that avocado has more potassium than bananas. Potassium can boost nervous system, prevent muscle cramps, improves bone health and keep brain function.

How to make avocado toast

Avocado toast is easy to make. Try to buy softer and rife avocados. Then cut them in half lengthwise and carefully take off the seed by holding your avocado in your hands with a kitchen towel. Carefully tap the back edge of the knife into the pit, then twist and lift to remove. With a small spoon you can in with slow movements scrape the avocado and place it on the toast. The second option is to scoop the flesh from two avocados into a medium bowl, then use a fork to mash until smooth but still slightly chunky. Finally, place the mess on your toast and be free to start with topping.

If you prefer to make this recipe as a gluten-free option, try to use bread without gluten. Of course, by free to buy a gluten-free toast bread and warm it up in toaster first to make it more satisfy.

Chili avocado toast: Chili toast is for those who love some spice food. Normally I buy a package of chilies and then make it smaller in a stone pestle. This process make them really hot. The other great option is to use cayenne pepper on your toast, this way you can boost your metabolisms.

Avocado toast

  • 3 medium avocados
  • 1 bread of your choice

Chili avocado toast

  • 2 tbsp Chili flakes
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil

Egg avocado toast

  • 2 medium eggs cooked 6-minute
  • 1/2 cup Parsley
  • 1/2 cup Scallions

Salmon avocado toast

  • 50 g Salmon
  • 1/2 cup Parsley

Radish avocado toast

  • 3 medium Radish
  • 1 tbsp Hemp seeds

Green avocado toast

  • 1/2 cup Lamb's lettuce
  • 1-2 medium chili peppers red, yellow

Instructions

  • Sliced your bread
  • Avocado cut in half lengthwise and carefully take off the seed by holding your avocado in your hands with a kitchen towel.ย Then scoop the flesh from avocados into a medium bowl, then use a fork to mash until smooth but still slightly chunky.
