Which one came first, the chicken or the egg? No lately this is not the mean question, now it’s been asked are eggs healthy or not?

Yes, they are. Overall eggs are really high in protein and great source of vitamins including vitamin D.
Eggs can help fight allergies, anemia and stronger bones, heart and eyes.
Eggs are one of the beauty food to help our hair growth and get stronger.
Try to use bio or your local farms.
This is the great way to support your local farmers and get the health benefits you need.

Ingredients for frittata recipe

Onion –  Red or white onion are great combination to use in frittatas.
Just place them on the pan and soften, so they don’t get brown color, and then keep adding your vegetables in the pan.
Onion is healthy and full of nutrition.
They help fight cancer, help oral health, boost brain function and help in hair growth.

Zucchini โ€“ I love to combination zucchini and eggs,
they match perfect together. Plus we get a lot of nutrition from zucchini like full of vitamin C, great for nervous system,
help in weight loss, good for eyes, high in anti-oxidant,
hydrating and low in calories.

Celery โ€“ Celery make this recipe nice crispy, I like the food that is soft and has a light crunchy taste.

Frittata

Cherry tomato โ€“ Cherry tomato are a perfect way to boost our health, tomato helps prevent cancer, protect heart,
they are great for skin and good for diabetics,
they may improve vision and help to improve digestive health.

Chickpeas โ€“ make this dish just more nutritional, chickpeas are great to help our sleep, may reduce cholesterol, great fiber source,
boost immunity, strength hair and heals skin this is just of some health benefits that can bring us chickpeas.

Eggs โ€“ I use local farm eggs and in combination with milk you can make a liquid mixture for a perfect frittata.

Plant based milk โ€“ I prefer plant based milk, but by free to use your favorite.

Spices and hers โ€“ For spices and herbs I used in this recipe, Salt & pepper (of course) then follow of my favorite Italy mix then Turmeric and Red pepper powder

Nutritional yeast โ€“ are great option if you like cheese taste,
but you don’t have any cheese in fridge.
Nutritional yeast provides us with a lot of nutrition, contains all 18 amino acids and is high in B-complex, fiber,
vitamin B12, also is gluten/ dairy/soy free.
So all vegan friendly people, use your Nutritional yeast every time you like.
