How to make Chinese Noodle Soup
Sliced leek in small pieces. In wok heat oil, add leek and simmer for 2 minutes. Then add chickpea and season with salt, turmeric, Chinese Allrounder and pour over coconut milk with water. Bring everything to boil. Turn heat on medium and let cooked for 10 minutes. After 7 minutes add rice noodle and let it cook.
Enjoy with some bamboo shoot, scallions or extra cilantro on top.

- 1 cup Leek
- 1 cup Chickpeas
- 1 tbsp Chinese all around Just spices
- 1 tbsp Turmeric
- Salt
- 1 can Coconut milk
- 2 cups Water
- 1/2 cup Bamboo shoot
- Cilantro
- 1 Rice noodle
