I am all for an extra spice in my meals. We love this crazy hot tuna stew because it’s really easy to cooked. All you need is just place all ingredients in wok and let cooked on lower heat. This stew with combination with whole grain pasta is so yummy.

Zucchini โ To add more veggies add zucchini, they taste perfect in this stew. Zucchini is great for vitamin C.
Red pepper โ Red pepper bring a great nice color, I used red one but be free to add any red pepper, for example orange or green.
Onion, Garlic โ Every stew should start with this two great helper, Onion and garlic make everything taste better.
Spices and Herbs โ I used Salt & Pepper, Red pepper powder for charming color, and just more Chili of course to make it just more spicy.
Hot sauce โ Hot sauce has a great benefits, for instance can aid in weight loss, improves circulation, boost our mood, provides natural pain relief and a lot of others. There are great sauce type, for example you can use Harissa, Sriracha, Samba Oelek or Caribbean Pepper sauce. It’s up to you which one you like more.
Lemon โ Lemon bring all flavor together plus can easy help to reduce the spice If you added too much of hot sauce ๐
Pasta โ use any pasta you like, or you have at home, I like to use Kamut pasta. Kamut is a great source of vitamins and minerals, for instance manganese, selenium and copper.

Ingredients
- 1 can Tuna
- 1 can Tomato sauce
- 1 medium Onion
- 1 clove Garlic
- 1 medium Red pepper
- 1 medium Zucchini
- 1 tbsp Chili
- 1 tbsp Red pepper powder
- 1 tbsp Hot sauce
- 1 large Lemon
- 100 ml Water
- Slat & Pepper
- 500 gram Pasta Kamut
Optional
- 1 cup Cheese dairy free
Instructions
- Sliced onion, zucchini and red pepper in squares.
- Heat a little of oil in wok, add onion and simmer for 3minutes till soften but don't get brown color, then press garlic, add tuna, hot sauce, salt, pepper and mix well.
- Add tomato sauce, water, red pepper with zucchini, and presslemon juice. Bring everything to boil then turn the heat to lower and let cooked around 15 minutes.ย
- Meanwhile, cooked pasta in salt water with theย instructions on the packaging, around 10 to 12 minutes.
- Serve pasta and tuna stew with some cheese and extra chili on top.
