How to Make Ferrero Rocher
In food processor add dates, almond flour, hazelnut butter, melted dark chocolate, and pinch of salt. Mix everything until all ingredients combine. Place it in a bowl and set in the fridge for at least 10 to 15 minutes. Meanwhile, in a double boiler, melt dark chocolate. Sliced in small hazelnuts and add them into the chocolate to make the glaze.
When the hazelnut mixture has hardened, scoop out about 14/16 bite-sized portions with a teaspoon. Roll each into a ball with your hands and press a hazelnut kernel into the center. Then roll the truffles in the chopped hazelnuts.
Each ball, dip in to the hazelnut glaze and let it set in freezer one more time for 15 minutes or until chocolate get harder. Store in the fridge or freezer up to 12 days. Enjoy!

- 1 cup Almond flour
- 1 cup Hazelnut butter
- 1/2 cup Melt dark chocolate
