Lemon cake
This Lemon cake is so tasty and easy to make. With lemon zest and lemon juice is this cake perfect for all lemon lovers, it is aromatic and with icing itโs perfect to make during winter Holidays.
I was so surprise after making this cake. I am not really a cake person, they are sometimes dry and donโt taste really well. However, after I make this one, I was amazed. This cake it so dedicates and yummy. I find it so easy to make and all of my friends enjoy it as well.

Lemons are so tasty and perfect to use in baking. They have also a great health benefits for our body, for instance they may help in weight loss, help to relief from fever and cold. They are a great source of vitamin C, improve digestion, and they are great for our heart.

How to make Lemon cake
Preheat oven at 180C. In a large bowl, combine all your dry ingredients and mix them together until combine. Add milk, oil, and lemon juice and mix well. Be free to use mixer if you like. Spray a little of oil in baking form then pour over dough and let baked for 45 to 50 minutes until the cake is golden brown and a toothpick comes out mostly clean. Let it cool down, then Carefully invert the loaf pan, and transfer the cake to a cooling rack.
Icing- In a small bowl add powder sugar and slowly start to add lemon juice and mix all together until you get creamy icing.
Pour icing over lemon cake & Enjoy

- 125 ml Almond milk
- 200 ml Soy yogurt
- 125 ml Oil
- 2 tbsp Lemon zest
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
