- Salt and Pepper, to taste
- 1 tbsp Chili flakes (adjust according to your heat preference)
Tahini Dressing:
- 1 cup vegan yogurt
- 1 lemon
- 2 tbsp tahini
- 1 clove garlic pressed or finely minced
- 1-2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400ยฐF (200ยฐC).
- In a large mixing bowl, toss the sweet potato cubes and red onion with a drizzle of olive oil until well coated.
