How to make Thai Peanut Noodles
Peanut sauce- In a larger bowl, add all ingredients for sauce and mix well until all combine. Then set on side.
Thai Salad- Cooked rice light noodle as the description write on the package. In a large bowl, add arugula. With spiralizer make cucumber and carrots noodle and place them in your bowl, add noodles, scallions. Pour over peanut sauce and top with some peanuts. Enjoy!

- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Tamari sauce
- 1 tbsp Rice syrup
- 1/2 tbsp Chili flakes
- 1/2 Lime

- 2 cups Arugula
- 1 large Cucumber
- 2 large Carrots
- 1 cup Rice noodles
- 2 Scallions
- 1/2 cup Peanuts
