How to make Vegan Cheese Pulled Jackfruit
Peel onion. Sliced onion with mushroom in sliced.
In pan heat oil then add onion and simmer until soften but donโt get brown color. Add mushrooms with jackfruit. Season with salt and pepper and let simmer for 10 minutes.
4 minutes before end cooking time add vegan sliced cheese, cover and let the cheese melts. After cook time add it in buns and enjoy!

- 250 gram Jackfruit
- 2 pieces Buns
- 4 sliced Vegan cheese
- 1 medium Onion
- 1/2 cup Mushroom
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- Salt & Pepper
Instructions
