We love this pancakes because itโ€˜s so easy. Normally if you are making pancakes it takes a lot of time to spend in the kitchen, however with this recipe you got it. My niece love pancakes, thatโ€˜s why I was thinking about something easy and fast. All you need to do is make a dough place in baking form, top with some blueberries baked and enjoy.

How to make Baked Pancakes

Preheat oven at 180 C. Combine all dry ingredients first: flour, baking powder and salt. Then add liquids: rice syrup, almond milk and mix until all ingredients combine ad you get a pancakesโ€˜ dough. Spray a little oil on baking form, then pour over dough and top with some blueberries.
Baked for 20 to 30 minutes until your pancake is cooked thought.
Top with some rice syrup or chocolate & enjoy.

  • 4 tbsp Rice syrup
  • 2 1/2 cups Almond milk
  • 1 cup Blueberries
