We love these cashew butter bars because they are rich, creamy, and taste just like cashew butter cups cover with white chocolate.

Cashew nuts have a great health benefits for our body, for instance assist metabolism function, contains many minerals, and they are good source of protein. They can improve vitality, improve our mood and give us long-lasting energy. These are just a few reasons to start eating cashew more often.

How to make Cashew bars

In a food processor, combine almond flour with peanut butter and rice syrup. Mix until all ingredients combine. In oblong form, place baking paper. Add the first layer of peanut mixture and with your hands press down. In a small bowl, add cashew butter with rice syrup. Mix and add this mixture to the form as a second layer. Chopped some cashew and add them on top of bars.

Melt white chocolate in double boiler or in microwave and pour over the bars. Place in freezer for at least 1 hour, then cut in bars and enjoy!

  • 3 tbsp Rice syrup
  • 1/2 cup Cashew
  • 1 cup White chocolate
