Diet high in monounsaturated fats can increase production of neurotransmitter acetylcholine, which can help in learning process and memory.

source of potassium
By potassium, we are thinking at first of bananas, but in this way avocado is higher in potassium. Half of one medium avocado with 100 g have 480 mg potassium, one medium banana contain 422 mg potassium. Why we need this mineral in our diet? Potassium is important to regulate muscle and heart contractions. Potassium rich diet can also reduce blood pressure.

What you need for Avocado-Coconut oil hair mask:
Mix all ingredients in food processor till everything good combine. Keep in mind that this texture should not have extra pieces of avocado, but it should be creamy and smooth. If you prefer more liquid mask, use more coconut oil. Apply this mask on your hair cover and let sit at least 30 minutes. Then shampoo and conditioner as normal.
What you need for Avocado-Shea butter hair mask:
First melt shea butter in double boiler. Please don’t use microwaveย because in this processย may lead to loss some nutrition from shea butter. Mix all ingredients in food processor till everything good combine. Keep in mind that this texture should not have extra pieces of avocado, but it should be creamy and smooth. If you prefer more liquid mask, use more shea butter. Apply this mask on your hair cover and let sit at least 30 minutes. Then shampoo and conditioner as normal.
