Sea moss

Sea moss is a sea vegetable, it has amazing health benefits for our body, for instance relief from flu symptoms and coughs, increased energy, strengthens the immune system, increased thyroid health, promotes healthy skin, removes toxins and heavy metals.
Also, Sea moss is great to use in daily smoothies, salad dressings. It is really popular to use as a face mask or a hair mask too.

Ingredients for Watermelon Mocktail

Frozen watermelon – I like to freeze my watermelon, so I can any time make my favorite mocktail. To freeze watermelon – Sliced watermelon in smaller pieces, add to the food container and place in the freezer.
lemon – Lemon is great to use in any cocktail/mocktail. It gives the great flavor and refreshing touch
mint – Mint leaves give this mocktail some of the Mojito flavor,
sparkling water – try to use sparkling water and not the tap water. It gives a great boosts into the mocktail
Sea moss – Is one of the superfood Iโ€˜m eating a tbsp daily, and I feel so amazing. Thatโ€˜s why I was trying to create with this superfood also some summer mocktail, what we can enjoy any time.

How to make Watermelon Mocktail

In a blender, add all ingredients and mix until all combine.
Combine extra sugar and lime zest on a small plate, with a piece of lemon, rub the glass then dip the rim of serving glasses into the sugar mixture. Add ice among glasses. Then pour over watermelon mocktail. For topping, use dry grapefruit, and some fresh mint leaves.
Serve immediately.
Enjoy!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Frozen watermelon
  • 1 lemon
  • 1/3 cup mint leaves
  • 1/2 cup sparkling water
  • 1 tbsp sea moss

Optional

  • 1 tbsp rice syrup

Glass decoration

  • 3 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp lemon zest

Instructions
 

  • In a blender, add all ingredients and mix until all combine.
  • Combine extra sugar and lime zest on a small plate, with a piece of lemon, rub the glass then dip the rim of serving glasses into the sugar mixture. Add ice among glasses. Then pour over watermelon mocktail. For topping, use dry grapefruit, and some fresh mint leaves.
