Ingredients for Vegan Peanut Butter Ice Cream Bars

Coconut layer – For creamy white coconut layer I combine Vegan Yogurt with Rice syrup and Coconut milk, this combination is so refreshing and tasty.

Peanut butter – I like to use peanut butter for this ice bars but if you like you can use almond butter as well
Dark chocolate – I used 70% dark chocolate, but be free to use any of your favorite one.
Peanut nuts – Donโ€˜t forget to chop some peanuts for a topping of each ice bars.

How to make Vegan Peanut Butter Ice Cream Bars

Coconut layer – In a blender, add Vegan yogurt with rice syrup, and coconut milk. Mix until all ingredients t combine. Add your layer into the prepared ice bars form. Place in freezer for 6 hours or overnight. Each ice bars cover in peanut butter then place again in freezer for 30 minutes.
Dip each ice bars into the dark chocolate and top with some peanuts.
