Cherry tomatoes – Try to buy cherry tomatoes, they are small and easy to place on baking tray.
I love tomato for several reasons, for example they help prevent cancer, protect heart, improve vision, improve digestion health and take care of our skin.
Herbs/Spices – It wouldn’t be any dish without using salt & pepper. Plus in this one I use Italy herbs mix and chili flakes, it’s up to you how spicy you like to have it.
Garlic – Garlic bring a nice spice and touch of health in this recipe.
Olive oil – This recipe has a light Mediterranean cuisine touch, thatโs why It’s great to use olive oil, if you can use it, try coconut oil or ghee instead.
Vegetables stock – vegetables stock is really important you need to cover all pasta with liquid, otherwise pasta would donโt cooked through.
After cooking time normally the liquid disappear, and you can mix and combine everything.

How to make baked feta pasta
It’s so easy to make this recipe that you would eat that every night.
All you need is a medium baking dish.
Place your favorite pasta inside the baking dish then, place feta cheese in the middle and around feta cheese place cherry tomatoes.
You can be creative and place your tomatoes the way you like, there is no wrong way.
Season with salt, pepper, Italy mix herbs, chili flakes, press garlic and pour over olive oil with vegetables stock. Baked 30 to 35 minutes or till liquid disappear.
Mix everything together and enjoy.

- 200 gram Feta cheese
- 1 cup Cherry tomato
- 1 medium Garlic
- 1 tbsp Italy mix herbs
- 1/2 tbsp Chili flakes
- 3 tbsp Olive oil
- 400 ml Vegetables stock
- Salt & pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 200ย ยฐC.ย
- In medium baking dish add pasta, place feta cheese in the middle, around place cherry tomato.
- Season with salt, pepper, Italy mix herbs, chili flakes, press garlic and pour over olive oil with vegetables stock.
- Baked 30 to 35 minutes or till liquid disappear.
