How to make Shiitake soup
Wash and sliced shiitake mushrooms in smaller pieces. In wok heat seas am oil, add sliced onion with shiitake mushroom, rice and pour over coconut milk with vegetables stock, soy sauce, hoisin sauce, miso paste. Cover and let cook around 15 minutes on lower heat.
After cooked time, add sliced bok choy with scallions and let simmer one more minute. Serve immediately with some extra chili flakes on top.

- 1 cup Shiitake mushrooms
- 1 cup Rice
- 1 medium Bok Choy
- 1 Scallions
- 1 can Coconut milk
- 500 ml vegetables stock
- 1 tbsp Sesame oil
- 1 medium Onion
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Hoisin sauce
- 1 tbsp Miso paste
- Salt & Pepper
Instructions
