We love this soup because itโ€˜s a healthy lunch idea if you donโ€˜t have time to cooked something. Also, Itโ€˜s up to you what ingredients you like to use. I like to keep it simple, thatโ€˜s why I used rice noodle, tofu, bok choy and scallions. This combination is so tasty

How to make Mason Jar miso soup

In a small bowl add seam oil, chili oil, soy sauce, pressed garlic, miso paste and pour over hot water. Mix untill everything combine. Add on button of Mason Jar miso mixture then start layering with bok choy, tofu, scallions, and rice noodle. If you like, you can add some extra chili. Pour over jar hot water, closed and let set for 3โ€“4 minutes until noodle soften. Enjoy!

  • 1 tbsp Chili oil
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 1 tbsp Miso paste
  • 1 cup Bok choy
  • 1 cup Tofu
  • 1/2 cup Scallions
  • 1 cup Rice noodle

Optional

  • 1 tbsp Chili

Instructions
 

  • In a small bowl add seam oil, chili oil, soy sauce, pressed garlic, miso paste and pour over hot water. Mix untill everything combine.
  • Add on button of Mason Jar miso mixture then start layering with bok choy, tofu, scallions, and rice noodle.
