How to make Anti-aging salad
Sliced red beet and red cabbage and red onion in smaller pieces.
In a Mason Jar, start adding your layers. Firstly black beans, then red beet, red cabbage, red onion, and top lambs lettuce. Dressing-In a small bowl, add all ingredients for dressing and mix until all combine. Pour dressing over the Anti-aging bowl and enjoy

- 1 cup Black beans
- 1 Red beet
- 1/2 Red cabbage
- 1 Red onion
- 1 cup Lambโs lettuce
Dressing
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tbsp Red wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp Rice syrup
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
Instructions
