Beetroot waffles
Waffles are the best weekend breakfast ideas, and thanks to hidden vegetable red beet get these waffles such a beautiful pink-red color. For topping, you can use your favorite one. I used vegan yogurt with rice syrup and fresh blueberries.

Beetroot is great to add into the smoothie or to use in your waffle for some extra veggiesโ intake.

Ingredients for Beetroot waffles
Flour – Use any you like, if you prefer to make gluten-free waffles use gluten-free flour or oats flour.
Beetroot – this is the main ingredients use cooked beet if or 2 tbsp of beet powder
Oat milk – I like to use oat milk, it brings nice creamiest and fluffiness into the waffles
How to make Beetroot waffles
Place all ingredients in tho the blender, and mix until smooth. Preheat waffle maker and spray a little of oil, then add one spoon of batter onto the hot waffle plate. Cook for 4โ5 minutes until waffles are cooked.
Serve with your favorite toppings!
