How to make Seitan salad

Cooked red lentil pasta in salt water as long as the instruction on the package write. Heat olive oil in wok pan. Add sliced seitan with peanuts and simmer for 5 minutes. Then add chopped cabbage, soy sauce, hot sauce and simmer 5 more minutes. Before the end of the cook time, add a lime juice with some Mint. Then set a side. For your salad add lamb’s lettuce with sliced cucumber and avocado, red lentil pasta and seitan mix.

A great option for dressing is to mic vegan mayo with a vegan yogurt and season with salt and pepper. Enjoy.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 250 gram Seitan
  • 1/2 cup Peanuts
  • 1 medium Chinese cabbage
  • 2 tbsps Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Hot sauce
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Scallions
  • Mint
  • 1 small Lemon

Salad

  • 1 cup lamb's lettuce
  • 1 large ย Cucumber
  • 1 cup Red lentil pasta
  • 1 medium ย Avocado

Instructions
