How to make Spring Lentil Salad
Tahini Dressing – Mix all ingredients for dressing until it combine.
Cooked red lentil in water around 10 minutes. Then set on the side. Grated carrots in food processor or in a hand. In bowl add Arugula, Carrots, Edamame, cooked Red lentil, Sprouts, Scallions. Pour over tahini dressing and Enjoy!

- 1 Garlic
- 1 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
- 2 tbsp Nutrition yeast
