These Tofu Radicchio Wraps are so tasty and easy to make. The combination of crunchy tofu with noodle and kale is so tasty.

Radicchio is a type of lettuce that has beautiful red color and provides us with amazing health benefits for our body, for instance is high in minerals, boosts immune system, help to lower cholesterol, supports your healthy digestion and promotes healthy vision. Be careful sometime the taste can be bitter thatโs why in this recipe you will donโt taste is at all.

Ingredients for Tofu Radicchio Wraps
Tofu – Tofu is a perfect source of protein and is easy to prepare, this recipe is perfect to use tofu. All you need to do is seasoning and baked until golden brown.
Dry tomato – This is optional, however I like to use dry tomatoes it brings totally other level for this dish
Seasoning – For this recipe I used Salt Pepper Red pepper powder Garlic powder, Turmeric. But be free to use some dry herbs like oregano or thyme
Noodle – I used 5 calories noodle from seaweed, they are easy to prepare and taste so good. However, be free to use any type you like.
Radicchio leaves – If you donโt have Radicchio you can use any lettuce you like, for example Cabbage, Romaine, Kale…
Kale – I like to add kale anywhere in my kitchen it has so much health benefits for instance support healthy vision, healthy skin, help in weight loss and has 10 x more vitamin C like Spinach
How to make Tofu Radicchio Wraps
Preheat oven at 180C. Sliced tofu in small squares, then add to the baking form. Season with Salt, Pepper, Red pepper powder, Turmeric and spread over some olive oil. Then baked for 15 minutes at 180 C. Meanwhile, sliced kale in small and combine with some sliced scallion. Prepare your noodle according to the instruction on theย package.ย In each Radicchio Leaves add noodle, kale and top with tofu. Enjoy!

- 1/3 cup Dry tomato
- 1 tbsp Red pepper powderย
- 1 tbsp Garlic powder
- 1 tbsp Turmeric

- 250 g Noodle

- 1/2 cup Kale
- 1 Scallion
