Cooked your pasta in salt water, so long as the instruction say on the package.
Meanwhile, sliced tomatoes and onion in small squares. Black olive sliced in half and parsley chopped fine. For your dressing, combine olive oil with nutritional yeast, balsamic and season with salt & pepper. In your bowl add cooked pasta, tomatoes, red onion, black olive parsley pour over dressing and top with some pine nuts. Enjoy!

- 1/2 cup Black olive
- Parsley
- Pine nuts
Dressing

- 1 tbsp Balsamic
- Salt & Pepper
