This Vegan bounty bars make you feel amazing, they are a combination of rich dark chocolate with sweet coconut flakes. This delicate bars are just a perfect dessert for any hard days.

Bounty was one of my favorite bars when I was small. I loved the coconut taste with chocolate and I buy it every time when I could.

This is why I was trying to make vegan healthy option of this bar to enjoy it now as well as I was a kid. 

I think I made the perfect combination of every ingredient, and I am happy to share it with you.

I love coconut in any form. If it’s coconut water or coconut flakes or fresh coconut. They are just tasty, refreshing and so incredible healthy.
May help us with our immunity, to improve digestion and give us energy. Coconut regulates thyroid function and help our heart to be healthy.

Ingredients for Vegan bounty bars

Coconut flakes – coconut flakes are the main ingredients, but be free to use coconut flour as well if you can’t buy flakes.
Coconut flakes are really popular to us in desserts and baking,
they may help us promotes healthy body weight,
reduce high blood pressure, and proved us with saturated fats. This is just perfect ingredients for raw vegan recipes.

Almond flour – Almond flour give this recipe a nice nuts taste, and it’s a great gluten-free option. You can use tiger nuts flour as well.

Coconut oil – Coconut oil is the other important ingredients.
Not only it gives our dough liquid to help combine all ingredients together but also help us in our health 

Stevia or Erythritol – Erythritol is a great sugar option if you are following keto diet. I prefer Erythritol more than stevia just
because it tastes better, but this is up to you what kind of sweetener you like to use.

Vanilla extract – vanilla extract is a great extra touch in this bounty bars.
It gives them a delightful vanilla note. In this recipe, you should stick with vanilla extract.

Dark chocolate – darker is better. I love real dark chocolate with
at least 70 % of cacao.
Dark chocolate is great for a many reasons for example, provides relief from stress, help to prevent cancer and diarrhea,
boost our brain function, gives relied on from cough and cold, help our heart to stay healthy, and give as great antioxidant benefits for our skin and hair to fight against anti-aging.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Coconut flakesย 
  • 1/2 cup Almond flour
  • 4 tbsp Coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup Erythritol
  • 1 tbsp Vanilla extract
  • pinch of sea salt

Extra

  • 200 gram Dark chocolate

Instructions
 

  • In water bath, melt coconut oil and combine it with Erythritol and vanilla extract.
  • In large bowl combine dry ingredients, coconut flakes, almond flour, sea salt, then pour over wet ingredients and mix till everything combine.
  • Press the coconut mixture down flat into the loaf pan and place it into the freezer for 10 -15 minutes to set.
  • Meanwhile, in a water bath, melt dark chocolate.
  • From coconut ray cut 9 piece bars, then let each cover in dark chocolate and set on side or place in fridge for the next 10 minutes.
  • Enjoy
