Creamy Mushroom pasta is one of my favorite comfort food. Combination of pasta with garlic and mushroom make an incredible aroma across your home.

Pasta is one of the most amazing food what can get so many shapes. It is one of the most comfort food and so easy to make. Nowadays is popular to have pasta from the other ingredients as well, for example kamut, lentil, rice.

Mushroom are so tasty and provide us with so much health benefits. They can lower bad cholesterol levels, helps prevent osteoporosis, help prevent anemia. They are great for hair, teeth and nails.

Ingredients for Mushroom pasta
Mushroom โ I used Champion for this recipe, but it’s up to you which type of mushroom would like you to use. You can try chanterelle, shitake or oyster.
Pasta โ I used whole wheat pasta. The other great option are Kamut, rice, or lentil pasta.
Onion โ Onion has been for more than 700 years in our diet. We love to cooked within and used in many dishes. For this recipe, it’s a perfect based. You can use white or red onion.
Garlic โ Garlic is one of the important ingredients here, to make it extra tasty. Garlic provide us with great health benefits, for instance assists detoxification, rejuvenates skin, boosts metabolism.
For herb, use Parsley and don’t forget to taste with Salt & Pepper.
Mushroom pasta

Ingredients
- 1 cup Mushroom
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 2 cup Whole wheat pasta
- 1 large Onion
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 1 cup Parsley
- Salt & Pepper
Optional
- 1/2 cup Vegan cheese or Parmesan
Instructions
- Sliced mushroom with onion in small.
- Cooked pasta in salt water, according to theย packageย directions
- In pan heat butter add onion and simmer for 3 minutes, then press garlic and combine with onion.
- Add mushroom and simmer for 5 minutes. Pour inside half of a cup from water where you cook pasta and let simmer on lower heat.
- Drain pasta after being cooked then add in mushroom pan, mix till everything combine.
- Serve immediately with parsley (if you like, add some cheese) on top.
