Ingredients
- 2 ripe kiwis peeled and chopped
- 1 tbsp Sea Moss gel
- 1 cup plant-based milk
- 1 banana fresh or frozen
- 1 tbsp maple syrup

- 1 tbsp spirulina
- Ice cubes

- In a blender, add the chopped kiwis, Sea Moss gel, plant-based milk, ripe banana, andoptional maple syrup or agave nectar. Blend on high speed until all the ingredients arewell combined and smooth.
- If desired, add a few ice cubes to the blender and blend again until the smoothie ischilled and frothy.
- Taste the smoothie and adjust the sweetness or thickness by adding more maple syrup/agave nectar or plant-based milk, if needed.
